01 The opportunity

Your guests are already on the water. Almost none of it is yours.

Every week, Chileno guests charter boats through outside operators. The experience is off brand, the quality is uncontrolled, and the revenue leaves the property entirely. A dedicated house vessel changes all three at once. It becomes an extension of the resort, held to your standard, departing from the calm of your own cove.

02 We studied your house first

Your guests pay among the highest rates in Mexico. They spend accordingly.

A guest paying two to four thousand dollars a night does not blink at a private day on the water.

04 Why Chileno

The only resort that snorkels off its own sand.

Chileno sits on a protected marine reserve with the clearest water on the corridor, a once in a destination asset. A house vessel delivers what the beach cannot: sunset cruises, the Arch, Santa María, whale season, and private days up the coast, all departing from the calm of your own cove.

06 Why this boat, for this bay

Hydraulic
Swim platform & lift

Built for your water. Twin hulls let her sit flat and steady over the reef, so families and children swim and snorkel in comfort no monohull can offer, and under sail she arrives in near silence, on a Blue Flag reserve that rewards exactly that.

Layout options

A floating beach club. The 27 foot beam opens up a full width deck and an upper lounge, and the saloon folds open to the cockpit, shaded social space for the large, multi generational groups your villas attract.

Low
Fuel burn on efficient diesels

Light on the water, by design. She runs on wind first, so under sail she burns nothing at all. Solar panels built into the hardtop power her systems and cut generator time, and her efficient diesels sip fuel when she does motor. For a Blue Flag marine reserve, a boat that mostly runs on wind and sun is a story worth telling.
